Launching with two outlets, at Select Citywalk Mall in Saket and DLF Cyberhub respectively, Canada’s largest coffee chain made a grand entry into the Indian market. The outlets saw a massive crowd waiting outside even before the ribbons were cut and the stores were officially inaugurated.

This iconic coffee brand which is known all over the world for its signature coffee, and lip-smacking food and beverages, launched with a brand new menu curated specially to appeal to the Indian consumers. Some of the items on the menu include Chole Kulcha Flatbread, Chicken Makhani Ravioli Pasta, and Paneer Tikka Wraps. Among the most sought-after items on the opening day were their Chili Cheese Toast, Lamb Kebab Wrap, and Chicken Tikka Croissant Sandwich.

Domino’s Pizza Closes its Restaurants in Italy

Domino’s Pizza’s last stores in Italy have been closed after the firm that operated its outlets in the country filed for bankruptcy, reports say. Franchise holder ePizza SpA was hit by the pandemic, according to Bloomberg, which first reported the story. Domino’s had struggled to win over customers in the birthplace of pizza since launching there in 2015. The company also said it faced increasing competition as traditional restaurants started using delivery apps.

In comparison, the UK and Ireland has more than 1,200 stores, making it the biggest Domino’s market in Europe. The world’s largest pizza chain has more than 18,300 stores in over 90 international markets globally, most of which are run as franchisees.
