Start your gastronomic adventure with a range of delicious appetizers such as Vegetable Chop, Keema Egg Devil, Kolkata Chicken Roll, Kolkata Aloo Roll, and Puchka (crispy hollow puris filled with tangy tamarind water and mashed potatoes). The main course will feature an enticing selection including Aloo Posto (potatoes in a fragrant poppy seed paste), Chanar Dalna (a paneer curry), Fulkopi Dalna, Chanar Paturi (paneer steamed in banana leaf), Fish Paturi, Cholar Dal, Mutton Kosha, and an array of other Bengali classics.

No Bengali feast is complete without indulging in decadent desserts. The dessert counter at the festival will serve an irresistible assortment of sweets such as Mishti Doi, Baked Rosogolla, and other traditional confections, ensuring a perfect, sweet ending to your meal.
